Technical issue
Include the type of Instagram URL, the error message, and the approximate time of the failed attempt. Never include passwords, session cookies, or private credentials.

Before reporting
Check that the post is public, the URL is complete, and the problem is reproducible. Instagram availability can change independently of InstaGrab.
Do not send Instagram passwords, cookies, access tokens, or other sensitive credentials in an issue report.
